EnSight Logistics is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Marshall, TX
EnSight Logistics is now needing a Day and Night Shift Dispatcher Position to be filled.
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Willing to learn our operations standards and processes.
- Need effective communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to multi-task!
- Must have moderate to advanced computer skills.
- MUST HAVE dispatching experience!!
Job Description:
- Shift will be 4 days on, 4 days off, working 12 hour shifts.
- Pay will be based on experience.
- Responsible for managing and dispatching loads to trucks in the frac sand industry.
- Help drivers accept and/or close out their loads.
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers to ensure sand and/or equipment is picked up and delivered in a timely manner.
- Receiving and making calls to customers to receive information to give to the company and/or the drivers.
- Making sure all of the lists, apps, and communication platforms are as updated as possible for everyone involved to be on the same page.
